Owen Kitzmann

Owen Kitzmann is an undergraduate student at the University of Virginia, majoring in public policy and leadership and government, and he is a research assistant at the Sloane Lab. Owen is interested in understanding how public policy is formed and implemented, and the implications of AI therein. Owen has worked with the Karsh Institute of Democracy, the Sorensen Institute of Political Leadership, and elected officials all in the hope of driving positive change.
